Subscriptions & Billing

If you purchase a subscription in the macOS App Store, payment and billing are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment details. We may receive non-personal information from Apple (e.g., purchase receipts or subscription status) to unlock premium features on your device. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. In-app data remains on your device and is not retained by us.

Security

DriveVault is designed with security in mind, including macOS sandboxing and read-only scanning of drives. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply reasonable safeguards to protect the information contained in the app.

Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, or request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@drivevault.io.

Children’s Privacy

DriveVault is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
